Hello from snowy Wisconsin! Keeping warm in the 20 degree weather here is a bit tough but throwing on any extra layers will definitely help. I'm loving layering under sleeveless tops and I really like the mix of the faux leather and stripes. I wrapped this pretty metallic Fraas scarf into a faux infinity scarf and added my cargo jacket for an additional layer of warmth. Of course, not pictured is my big puffer jacket as the final (and necessary) layer! I am very proud of myself that I only brought these boots and a pair of sneakers on this trip. I debated about bringing heels or a different set of boots but finally made the decision to cut it out of the suitcase. Good thing too... there's so much snow here that it barely even melts in the sunlight!

This morning my bestie Pearl and I attended the Social Media Breakfast at the Madison Public Library downtown. I have never seen a library with such cool interior design details - loved the wood paneling, the ombre seating area, and there was a wall of old book ends and amazing ceiling details which can be seen in this insta picture. The speaker of the day was Adam Senatori, an aviation photographer. His instagram basically speaks for itself - aerial shots from the sky, city skylines, and pictures from his world travels. I could admire his images all day. He shared some great tips on the different apps he uses to achieve the look he's going for and I couldn't believe my ears when he said that the majority of his instagram pictures are taken by iPhone! I can't wait to start implementing some of the things I learned today to achieve even better quality photos!

Hope everyone is staying warm and getting ready for the holidays next week!
