Vegas of Asia

Cute displays inside the City of Dreams in Macau, I wanted to sit in the chair so badly!

Mermaid! (Not real... but looked pretty real)

Dragon guarding the entrance of the casino

Beautiful, sunny weather! I was even sweating in this LOFT shirt and Express skinny jeans! This weather called for skirts and flowy tops (which I didn't pack!) (also wearing Onitsuka Tiger sneakers, Nine West purse, and Jessica Simpson via TJ Maxx sunglasses)

View of the Venetian from outside

Didn't have time for a gondola ride :(

Ruínas de São Paulo - an old cathedral burned down years ago, but the front still stands. Such a beautiful piece of architecture

Downtown Macau getting ready for Chinese New Year!

Macau was a beautiful province to visit - similar to the mash-up of terrains in Hong Kong, there was a mash-up of attractions in Macau. Historical and old-school downtown Macau had the Ruins of St. Paul (pictured above) and cute little shops and cafes and the modern, luxurious area had the hotels, casinos, and designer stores. The weather was amazing, about 70 degrees but unfortunately I didn't pack for the heat! We spent all of 24 hours in Macau, super short trip, but we were able to see so much in that little bit of time. Have you ever been to Macau or Hong Kong? Would love to see some of your pictures, please share!

Hope you are able to watch the Grammys - how amazing was Justin Timberlake & Jay-Z's performance? Wishing you a productive and easy week - and hopefully a sweet date for Valentine's Day!
