Toronto, eh?

Hello, eh! I spent this past weekend in the beautiful city of Toronto. I have been there a few times already and am enjoying exploring a little bit more of the city each time I go! Unfortunately for me, it seems like every time I am up there, the cold winds and cloudy skies are there to greet me. That was kind of the case this time. Today's outfit post is bundled up for that cold weather!

I visited Evergreen Brick Works and the Move Exhibit while in Toronto. Brick Works is an old brickyard that has been converted into a hub for sustainability. I loved the old brick structures and the urban feel with all the graffiti. The Move exhibit showed the evolution of transportation and what the future may hold for transit. I learned a cool little fact, Toronto has one of the longest average commute times at 80 minutes! And I thought we had it bad in DC!

These booties are one of my favorite pair of shoes (wait for it, I will probably say that about every one of my shoes!) Although they do have a 4.5-5 inch heel, they are still super comfortable and easy to walk around in. I especially love the buckle and stud detail that you will see below!

The downside to bundling up so much is that no one can see what you are wearing underneath all the layers! I had to unwrap myself from all the clothing to show off my sparkles a little.

Jacket: H&M (old - but $20 on clearance!) Sweater: Banana Republic Shirt: Express Jeans: Vigoss via Nordstrom Rack Shoes: BCBGeneration via TJ Maxx (old) Purse: Aldo Earrings: TJ Maxx Scarf: H&M (in white) Gloves: Gift from Tokyo

This is shoe number 97! Slowly but surely we are counting down! :)
